a)      Water Resources Board Loan Payment for the month of February, 2010 in the amount of $20,928.73.  Recommend approval.

b)      General Warrants and Claims:                             

            Nichols Hills Municipal Authority (NHMA)              $ 64,155.08

c)      Municipal Authority Utility Expenses and Revenues for the month of January, 2010 prepared by Mr. Dale Barnes, CPA.

d)     Nichols Hills Municipal Authority financial statements.
