A: No, you will not be arrested if you come into the office to resolve the warrant.
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card only.
A: The Judge is part-time, therefore he is only available at Town Hall during court days. If you would like to secure a court date for a past due ticket or outstanding warrant, you must post bond to do so.
Tickets may be paid in person at our office or through the mail. Unfortunately, at this time we will only accept payments over the phone for an active warrant.
A: You are not required to appear in court on your court date. However, if you choose not to appear, you must pay your ticket on or before your court date.
A: Yes, we allow one payment extension to the following court date. This may be done over the phone or in person. In order to schedule a payment plan after an extension, or to get an additional extension, you must appear in court and speak to the Judge.
