NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
CASE NO. BOA 2017-02
that an application has been filed seeking a variance from the Nichols Hills City Code on the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 92 of the Wilshire Section within the City of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, also known as 2001 Huntington Avenue.
Current zoning is R-1-75
The applicants desire to build a new house. For the proposed new house, the applicants are seeking a 16’9” variance to the rear yard setback, leaving an 8’3” rear yard setback. The allowable Building Lot Coverage (BLC) is 3,758 square feet. The applicants are also seeking a 357 square foot variance from the allowable BLC, for a proposed 4,115 BLC. The allowable Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is 3,469 square feet. The applicants are also seeking a 601 square foot variance from the allowable FAR, for a proposed 4,070 FAR.

on said application by the Nichols Hills Board of Adjustment in the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, 1009 NW 75th
Street, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma 73116 on the 15th day of February 2017
at 5:30 p.m.

within the above described area are hereby given notice that they may appear at said hearing or file a petition within the Board of Adjustment and offer arguments and evidence for or against the granting of said application as they deem proper in the premises.
